Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of astrodiamond.co and any purchase of products or custom services from Astro Diamond Co. (“Astro Diamond,” “we,” “us”), a custom jewelry studio based in Atlanta, Georgia. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and custom work

We offer ready-made pieces, loose stones, and bespoke custom designs. Custom work begins from your brief and proceeds through approved renders before any stone is set. Because our pieces are handcrafted and use natural diamonds and gemstones, slight variations in color, inclusions, and finish are normal and are part of each piece’s character.

Quotes, orders, and pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is confirmed. Quotes for custom work are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed once we accept it and payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received.

Payment and deposits

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Custom commissions may require a non-refundable design deposit before work begins; the deposit covers design time and is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due before delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Stones and certification

Our diamonds and gemstones are hand-selected and, where applicable, accompanied by independent certification (for example, from a recognized gemological laboratory). Stone availability and market pricing can change quickly; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund.

Shipping and delivery

Finished pieces ship fully insured with tracking. Timelines for custom work are estimates and depend on design complexity and stone sourcing; we will keep you informed of meaningful changes.

Returns

Custom and bespoke pieces are made to your specification and are not returnable except where they do not match the approved design or arrive damaged. For ready-made items, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return of unworn, undamaged pieces in their original condition. Sizing and engraving services may affect eligibility. Warranty and care

We stand behind our craftsmanship against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, and alterations by another jeweler are not covered. We are happy to advise on care and to quote repairs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Diamond Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including our designs, photography, text, and brand marks — is owned by Astro Diamond Co. and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
